During peak seasons, occasionally we are sold out of certain items that are listed on our website as "back-ordered" and will arrive at your door in 2 weeks.

  • A: All Socialite products come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty, if you ever have a problem we will take care of it right away just Contact us.

  • Q: Which Lighting is The Best For Me? 
  • A: Great Question! It does depend on the space you have to use it, and the application. For most cases, our Ultra Elite 18" kit is our best seller and ideal for most applications, however, if you are creating a YouTube studio set-up it is recommended to combine the 18" kit with a pair of soft box lights or panel lights to lighten your background.

  • Q: How Do I Prevent Glare Reflection from my eyeglasses when Shooting Video/Photos? 
  • A: Great question! The best way is to have 2 lights on each side at 45 degrees from the face (not directly in front of the face) 
  • Q: How do I get rid of background shadows when shooting photo/video?
  • A: Two ways, you can either raise the light balance on your phone's camera or use 2 Lights to lighten the background
